Our highest goal is the satisfaction of our customers . Therefore, we want to make sure that the product you have purchased in our store always meets your expectations. If this is not the case, you have 7 calendar days, counting from the day of receipt of the merchandise, to return the product. Simply write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name, Address, Telephone Number, ID and the product you wish to return. You can also call us at 91 341 82 77 so that we can coordinate the collection of the product.
The collection of the product will be managed by Técnicas Educativas SA . and the direct expenses derived from this return will be assumed by:
- In case of receiving the defective product or in poor condition, the return costs will be borne by LADO.
- If there is no reason to make the return, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
The return of the purchase will be made , in any case, upon receipt of the items at the Técnicas Educativas, SA warehouse, after checking the condition of the merchandise, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
The refund of the amount will be made in the same modality in which the purchase was made, except in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer.
In the event that in a return the item is not in the aforementioned conditions, it will be sent to the customer, also charging the corresponding postage.
In the event that the return of the item is due to a defective reception or in poor condition, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition, assuming LADO the costs of return and new shipment.
Returns will not be accepted for those products "made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly." (Retail Trade Regulation Law Art. 45).
